The only people who are surprised by what's happening in Texas are people who don't live in Texas.

New funders, one mailbox.
State + Local Election Alliance and State Democracy Defenders Fund both list 600 Pennsylvania Ave SE, Unit 15180. That is a mailbox number in a Capitol Hill office building, not a suite. Fund for States, the c4 that shares staff with the PAC, is on the IRS list at the same street. EIN 99-0791956.
The new money:
Green Advocacy Project wrote $250,000 to SLEA on June 24 and $250,000 to CFFE PAC on August 5. Same donor, both PACs, six weeks apart. It is a 501(c)(4), EIN 81-4823798, Michael Kieschnick's outfit. Last return: about $10 million in, about $10 million out, zero employees.
Pivotal Initiatives Fund, a Redmond, Washington c4, EIN 99-3468125, wrote SLEA $2,000,000 on August 26. A different Pivotal, Pivotal Ventures, wrote CFFE $2,000,000 on August 15, 2025. Two legal names. I am not merging them unless someone wants to drive over there.
Democracy PAC put $550,000 into SLEA, $50,000 in March 2025 and $500,000 in July. America Votes put $1.44 million into CFFE in the last two weeks of October 2024.
SLEA then spent $3.3 million at Meta on digital ads through September 30. The credit-card bill is not a vendor.
Forward Action Fund, the c4 that already funds CFFE, picked up two more checks in the 2025 filings: $200,000 from Wellness Advocacy Fund and $194,395 from Wide Angle Research.

Early voting ended Friday 10/30. The files should reflect all early voting in the 10/31 SoS absentee file.
What if between 10/31 and 11/2 there were 33 absentee (mostly early in person) records/votes inserted with dates PRIOR TO 10/31? Uh oh.... the majority are Fulton..... "IF" these 10/20 early in person votes were real, they would have appeared in the 10/21 absentee file. NOPE. INSERTED AFTER early voting ended.

Both locations are in AZ-01, nationally recognized battleground. You can vote at any voting center here so vote dumping into those centers would be "LEGAL". And of course, there is the possibility that it's a diversion while things happen elsewhere. And inconvenience can affect turnout. Unbelievable! He signed hundreds of J6 arrest warrants including on the unlawful 1512c2 charge. He refused to release Couy Griffin, accused of 2 misdemeanors, from custody.
Last year, he actually apologized to a guy accused of pointing lasers at Secret Service agents and the president’s helicopter after he was charged.
Once again - the abject failure of Congressional Republicans to hold ANY of these judges accountable continues to reverberate in the hopelessly corrupt, unaccountable DC courthouse.
Breaking: Federal judge dismisses—and lambastes—the DOJ false statements case against two former FBI officials. Calls it “weaponization.”
Judge Faruqui—a former federal prosecutor himself—said the government made a number of errors in their "slapdash job" of a case. He said there was no evidence presented before the court that the FBI agents' statements were knowingly false or material. He said the government failed to establish a motive for why the agents would make false statements.
He told prosecutors it was "incredibly unfair" that the DOJ sent into court with such a weak case. "This does not feel like an investigation," Faruqui said. "It feels like a broken one-wish willow obsession."
He added that he was "deeply troubled by what has happened here in this case," and that what happened "cannot be described as anything other than weaponization."
"It was a rush to charge, and that was a mistake," Faruqui said of the case.

The US has never truly recovered from the 2021/2022 inflation wave. Rate hikes brought it down to 3-4%, but we never got close to the 2% Fed target, and inflation has only gotten worse over the last year.
The general public is deeply pessimistic about the state of the real economy, even as the S&P 500 and NASDAQ continue to hold up quite well. People are hurting, and they're turning to the Democrats in 2026 for the same reason they turned towards the GOP in 2024.
The problem, of course, is that Democrats have absolutely zero intention of making anyone's lives better aside from criminals, mentally ill degenerates, third world immigrants, and USAID grifters living in Northern Virginia who have been out of a job since DOGE.
A lot of normies are either staying home or voting Democrat in the naive belief that doing so will somehow help their personal situation, when in reality it's just laying the groundwork for Woke 2.
Americans have never been this pessimistic about their finances:
A record 41% of US consumers expect their financial situation to be worse over the next 12 months.
This figure has more than tripled since Q2 2024.
By comparison, during the 2008 Financial Crisis, this metric peaked at 23%.
This proportion is also significantly higher than in the 1970s and the 1980s, when CPI inflation was above 10%.
Furthermore, 31% of US consumers believe their personal financial situation will be worse in 5 years, double the proportion seen in the 1980s.
Americans feel as though we are in a recession.

No one can get the confirmation from Ft. Orange Press that this is even remotely true.
Cobb County elections has apparently agreed to make an accommodation for the possibly affected voters by sending second ballots upon request by the voter if they swear they have not already received their ballot.
Now.. some Democrat legislators want this "opportunity for another ballot" extended to all absentee ballot applicants for the entire early voting period- even if ballots were already sent. That would be 5,400 possible duplicate mail ballots sent!
Cobb County has a history and reputation for pulling absentee voting stunts in multiple elections. The crazy thing is that Marc Elias and ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center and the Democrats seem to "know" about the Cobb county issues before the board or the public or the Secretary of State. Are these lawsuits planned or coordinated?
Prediction: By the end of the day Marc Elias and Democrats will seek extension of the statutory deadline.... watch out Georgia!

New: Texas judge who ordered Gov. Greg Abbott to let Gina Hinojosa review his unredacted communications with Elon Musk donated $500 to Hinojosa's campaign in June.
Judge Catherine Mauzy also gave to Hinojosa's Texas House campaign in 2016.
