Franchement la médecine c'est plus ce que c'était Une entrée en court séjour gériatrique c'est 1h00-1h15 sur l'ordinateur, 15-20' avec la personne hospitalisée Outils non interconnectés, recopiages, ralentissements, cliquodrome, etc... Ça doit changer !

Poor messaging. The majority of pts in the culprit only arm of culprit shock got staged revasc. The goal for all pts should be “reasonable” CR. Culprit shock taught us that trying to perform CR in the index PCI w/o MCS is more harmful than culprit only. In CS we should stage PCI
