Price an API route in any of 24 currencies (pesos, reais, euros, rupees, naira...) or in UF. People and AI agents pay in USDC, XLM or EURC; the seller gets exact USDC.

Price your API in your own currency ("70 NGN", "1 MXN", "0.01 UF") and receive exact USDC. Payers use USDC, XLM or EURC; the swap happens in the same transaction.

Not a mock: real mainnet payments, XLM → USDC and EURC → USDC.
Each one delivered exactly 0.0520721 USDC to the seller and refunded the unused input. Rates from the Reflector oracle, swap in our FxPay contract, reproducible build verified on Stellar Lab (SEP-55).
Along the way we hit a bug in x402 itself: mainnet rejected the fee the SDK bid. Our fix is merged upstream (x402#3503).

Week 1 of #Instawards with @TellusCoop and @Stellar_Chile: all four Local402 packages are now 1.0.
Config is checked at startup, every rejection has a stable error code, and quotes are always signed.
Charging for an API in Chilean pesos now takes 14 lines. Thread below.
Next week: a facilitator kit, so anyone can deploy their own and settle x402 payments for another project.

A bug Local402 1.0 closes: a price quote could outlive the oracle price it was based on.
A payer could hold the quote and wait for the market to move in their favor before paying.
Now quoteTtlSeconds can never exceed maxOracleAgeSeconds. That config fails with INVALID_CONFIG.
