I watched his Cambridge Union speech from 1965 yesterday, and it's the speech where this excellent quotation is coming from. The whole speech is groundbreaking and an absolute must, even, or especially, today. Quote is at 18m 41s.

The way she speaks to him ("my boy"), belittles and touches him, shows her contempt, which is clearly rooted in a racist upbringing and apartheid society.
