Building alone means guardrails doesn't exist until you build them, deliberately. No one's going to notice a broken scraper for you. So I built a registry that tracks every function's cost and behavior, an admin dashboard that renders them as toggleable cards...
...and a rule that any new function with a cost ships paused by default — so I can keep building without re-auditing everything already in motion.
