.@Delta the Sky Club by B18 in #ATL is a mess. No food is being replenished. Hardly any seats. Wall to wall people. You shouldn’t list the lounge as slightly busy in the app if it’s like rush hour in a Tokyo subway. Not up to usual standards. Disappointed is an understatement.

Now @united is telling us we’re waiting on maintenance because they had an issue with a tow cable. Now we’re waiting once again. United just sucks. There is no other way to say it #crapleadstheway #thisairlinesucks #gladimflyingmostlydelta

Not looking forward to this flight. Middle seat. If @united wasn’t so delayed I’d be there. Not impressed at all with @AmericanAir. I remembered why I don’t fly them. App doesn’t work. Kiosks don’t work. Agents among the surliest. I miss you @delta.

Added @theconfidante to the list of hotels I’ll never stay at again. I get it that service levels are bad throughout Miami. This is the welcome amenity for booking a #hyattprive rate. Looks like the attendant ate a few grapes on the way up. Where’s the wine? This sucks.
