I created maillm.dev/ where you can explore old mail archives in a Unix environment running right in your browser! #WANIX
It's that narrow window of time where it's socially acceptable to scare your neighbours with giant spiders ♥️ 🕷️

Got 50+ applications overnight for venture.althra.ca.
6 of them are marked as venture ready time to see how good of a filter I setup.

Speak for yourself.
Besides, almost no one understands the financial system that controls their lives *today*. That doesn’t make them like cows.
Because if they really wanted to understand it, they could.
Stop with the anti-humanism for at least a few posts a day 😂

That “only AI” might be able to understand future science, *and not persons*, is a very literal instance of this kind of thing: aynrandlexicon.com/lexicon/s…

Assuming some explanation will be inherently incomprehensible to us ignores how explanations consist of connected statements.
One can always ask “Where’s the stumbling block? Step 1? Step n?”
Ok, so get a deeper, better explanation of that step and proceed.

$8.3B+ in AUM across my investor network.
For the first time, I'm opening it to founders outside the @AlthraIncubator cohort.
Most founders get passed on for reasons nobody tells them. I've reviewed 300+ applications one by one and written feedback on every single one. Now distilling my learnings into a tool that tells you if you're investor ready.... before you decide to fundraise.
Test your pitch for free: venture.althra.ca

But hey, say there was something "too complicated for humans to understand" that only AI could. Then the AI could explain it to us. And if it can't, then improve it until it can.
And if all of that is *literally impossible* then you'd be postulating a new regularity in nature: a law of physics. Something that is prohibited no matter how much knowledge is created.

This is underlain by the idea that progress is possible and desirable not by a single leap to utopia but endlessly into the future by bottom-up, centrally unplanned and undirected problem-solving, carried forward voluntarily by individuals for their own reasons.

The book that changed it all for me.
"The beginning of infinity" - by @DavidDeutschOxf
All problems are due to lack of knowledge.
All problems are soluble.
Every problem create new but better problems.
We will never run out of problem.
I read this book every year.
Every sentence is another book begging to be written. Not a single word too much, not a single word too little, or to strongly paraphrase Einstein. "As simple as possible but not simpler"
