Donāt want to rush into a decision yet we are 16th in the table?
šØšØš£ļø @AndyMitten on why the decision on Michael Carrickās future is taking so long:
"Thereās a lot of people part of this decision due to Manchester Unitedās ownership structure. Itās not just one person that needs to say āenough, weāre changing managersā and there has to be consultation between different groups including the Glazers in America who are in a different time-zone. They donāt want to rush into any decision.
From Michael Carrickās perspective itās business as usual even though itās not. He was doing what he going to do [watch U21ās] on Monday and I do think heās a bit gutted. He greatly appreciated the support, but heās gutted about whatās happened to Manchester United."

Manchester United would have to pay compensation to Newcastle should they appoint Eddie Howe. It is expected that a āSIGNIFICANT payoutā would be due given that Howe had a number of years left to run on his contract at Newcastle. #MUFC [@lee_ryder]

The cost of their debt alone is more than the savings from the job cuts. I cannot believe anyone actually wrote this with a straight face. Not to mention, the Glazers oversaw the job cuts, they are legally responsible for them as they're outside the scope of football.
šØ NEW:
Sources say that the handling of Manchester Unitedās job cuts by Sir Jim Ratcliffe did NOT sit well with the Glazers, particularly Joel and Avram.
One source says that Ratcliffeās implementation of the program jarred with Joelās āsense of decency and old-fashioned valuesā.
