TLDR: My cancer spread.
A year ago, I had surgery to remove half of my thyroid due to Thyroid Cancer. When going for my consultation, I pleaded to have all of it removed, but they advised not to so my thyroid function would be better since the other side had no tumor.
Fast forward to a few months ago, a large nodule was noted on a routine ultrasound. Last week, I did an ultrasound guided biopsy and yesterday the path came backโ the cancer is now on the remaining thyroid lobe. I need to have it removed.
I have insurance and I have met my deductible, HOWEVER, I owe 50% coinsurance, which amounts to $8,764.25. This needs to be paid a week before the surgery. Needless to say, I don't have nearly $9k to just toss at a surgery. I'm also a single mother who would need to arrange child care, have a caretaker for 6 weeks, and have transportation to and from the surgery and such.
Last time, it was a nightmare. I wouldn't have gotten through it without my son's father. I'm scared, I'm frustrated for not sticking by what I wanted a year ago, and I am so so so sorry to you all to be asking for your help. If you can spare ANYTHING at all, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you for being so understanding about why I've been keeping to myself yesterday and today. It's been a lot.

ASMR VAs & ASMR VTubers - YouTube seems to be cracking down on us AGAIN! โ ๏ธ I strongly recommend avoiding these things - based on my personal experience these are the ones that can put your channel at serious risk of removal:
โ NUMBER 1 RISK!: Linking NSFW Patreon but also - Linktree, Carrd or websites that indirectly lead to Patreon/Fansly/etc. Bots appear to be checking where those links lead even further
โ Be mindful of sighs; โahhโ โmhmmโ and similar sounds. If they don't sound "neutral" they might get demonetized or worse. Even louder breathing seems to be triggering them sometimes
โ Ear-licking sounds are a strong no-no especially when paired with breathing and soft whimpers etc.
โ Slime sounds may be fine when neutral but be careful if they could be interpreted as sounding โsexyโ
โ Kissing sounds are risky
โ Mentioning body parts or sweat... I'm not sure why, but seems to be risky, it's better to be vague "Lay on me", "cuddles?", "rest here", instead of: "put your head on my chest", "lay down on my thighs"
โ Bots don't hear context - if you say "up... and down, up... and down" while having vague movement SFX in the background - they can bonk you (happened to me - it wasn't sexual)
Of course take it with a grain of salt - I'm sure many people do these things and are fine, but in my case all hurt my channel. At the end of ther day it's a lottery.
In my experience even a 2-second โsexy sighโ has resulted in a strike. Iโve personally experienced all of the above so I wanted to give other creators a heads-up. As ridiculous as it is and it sounds... It's the reality we are in right now and following this might help you avoid losing your YT channel.
If you've experienced other things triggering bots/demonetization/strikes please share it in the replies so we can all be mindful of that
