Interesting choice for Xie Lian to say “我承诺，永安的人，永不得安！” He says 承诺 (promise) instead of 发誓 (swear/vow), which has a more binding and spiritual context. To me it's a sign that Calamity!Lian still isn't fully committed to his plan for revenge.

I mean im really enjoying the serjes and the spin on it, at the same time I do think its funny they toned down stuff like LY/Yok making homophobic comments and some physical violence, also didnt let Ing and Junior be intimate but kept the non consensual scenes.

Yok never pretended to like Ing. Liking and loving Ing was never in his plan from the start ... it just happened completely out of his control. I do hate how he treated Ing, but saying that he was just pretending is too much. He truly likes and loves Ing, but those feelings just came at the wrong time.
