"Hey, a little update on the situation. I'm after an MRI and based on the preliminary pictures, it looks like I have a herniated disc. I'm still waiting for a detailed report of whether I'll be able to manage it with rehabilitation or rather surgery. Anyway, I am not able to say when the next stream will take place, but I will keep you updated. Keep your fingers crossed and take care of yourselves."

"Hey. Listen, I have to cancel tomorrow's stream. I ended up in the ER today, because something is wrong with my lower back, generally I can barely walk and I'm after injections. I'm sorry, because I know that a lot of streams have been skipped lately, but I think I'm having some bad luck. If I'm able to move, maybe I'll make an extra stream one day, so far I can't do it, because it hurts terribly. Take care of yourself."
