Due to the increasing number of cancelled slots caused by unexpected emergencies, changes in personal circumstances, and unpaid registrations, CapKrys Official will be implementing a stricter payment policy for our upcoming first anniversary celebration.
Moving forward, 𝐖𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐎 𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐀 𝟐𝟒-𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄.
Please take note of the following changes:
📌 Confirmation emails will be sent immediately after an attendee submits the registration form so they can proceed with their payment right away.
📌 Upon receiving the confirmation email, attendees are 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐈𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐈𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐘 to secure their slots.
📌 We will only allow a maximum of 𝐎𝐍𝐄 (𝟏) 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑 from the receipt of the confirmation email for attendees to complete their payment.
📌 Failure to settle the payment within the given timeframe will result in the 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐅𝐄𝐈𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐋𝐎𝐓. Forfeited slots may then be offered to other interested SparCKles.
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can happen, and we acknowledge that not everyone may be able to settle their payments immediately. However, we also hope everyone understands that we have limited slots to accommodate and that repeated cancellations and unpaid reservations make it difficult for us to manage the event preparations properly.
