That’s what @FlahavansIRL organic oat milk is for :)
Irish grown, Irish made, no air miles and it supports Irish farmers and all the workers in Kilmacthomas.
But yes, everything is complicated now.

Am so proud of Dan- his first Parade in 10 years and he coped with the noise and crowds so well. 👏The autism part complicates things and makes it all so much more difficult for him to manage socially. 🇮🇪☘️

Six years today, we woke to news that four Irish Coast Guard Search and Rescue crew of #Rescue116 had set out on a mission and they never came home. Take a moment to remember their courage and service and their families and @IrishCoastGuard

This tweet is dedicated to Mr Brian MacCraith (@muirtheimhne ) and Mrs Catherine MacCraith.
The whole world knows about this brutal war in Ukraine that started in February 2022.
Me and my family – were living in the Eastern part of the country at that moment. Our house was separated from the front line by a tiny distance of 500 meters.
I guess it would be very easy for me to write incessantly about the shelling and the bombardments, or how my wife and my kids had to stay in a cold, wet basement for days, or write about all other ”goodies” that this Russian neo-imperialist doctrine was bringing along with their troops… but now it's not about that.
We still had to leave our country. There came a moment when we realized that we had to leave.
Ireland took us under its protection. Ireland is an emerald island with kind and hospitable people.
One of them is Mr Brian MacCraith and Mrs Catherine MacCraith. These people themselves offered their home for Ukrainians to live. It so happened that me and my family live in it.
The owners took very good care of us: the house has everything we need for a comfortable life. I want to particularly thank for innumerous toys that my children can play with now – they could not believe at first it is possible to have a normal childhood after that terrible underground existence they escaped from in Ukraine, after all those weeks they had to spend in the basement.
Overall, our family is back to normal. I have found a new job, my wife is studying. Our children have been going to school almost from the moment we arrived.
I want to say the biggest “Thank you” to Mr Brian MacCraith and Mrs Catherine MacCraith, who own this house. These are the people that gave us a chance to live a normal life, and to bring up our children.
I’d also like to thank other Irish friends who helped us and gave us their support:
Suzane; Lorna; Phil; Olga; Julia; Jim.
