A game of inches in Dublin v Kerry yet both football and hurling is ravaged with foul plays. Not possible to ref such things but I’d wonder how many pickups are fouls in a game. This one possibly not but so many of them are blatant pickups either no foot.

That aside, he subsequently touches it twice with his hand and then flicks it with his right hand. A throw seen in both codes. Moral of the story ? Hard to police it all. More needed from umpires though. Hard to see how refs can police the pick up & handpass #gaa @TheSundayGame
