How to tell if a $TAO subnet is cheap or expensive (so you don't get rekt)
Simple 3-step guide for beginners:
• Go to taostats.io
• Check emissions/day
• Check gamma price
• Divide: gamma ÷ emissions
✅ <0.2 = undervalued
✅ 0.2–0.3 = fair
🚨 >0.3 = expensive
Example:
$Chutes Subnet:
- Emissions = 1.12 TAO/day
- Gamma = 0.297 TAO
- 0.297 ÷ 1.12 = 0.266 (fair value)
Daily reward ≈ $201/day at $TAO $379
TL;DR:
The lower the gamma-to-emissions ratio, the cheaper it is to stake and the higher your upside.
Always double-check emissions before aping in.
