Lantern Pharma fatal y Terrestrial Energy peor aún.

- expect demand to outpace supply through 2030
Just an insane quarter from SK Hynix... now that Q3 is in the rear view mirror, the stock is officially trading below 3x NTM EPS which is just absurd.
I'm not sure what the stock does tonight on the Kospi but I'll sleep good tonight after this report.
LONG MEMORY STOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woah, stellar earnings from and AI market projections...
1. SK Hynix: "Memory supply shortage to persist through 2030".
2. There's the $4.8B operating profit beat ($62.8B vs. ~$58B est)... 80% operating margins.
So you had:
- Revenue: $78.84B vs. $74.02B
- Operating profit: $62.80B vs. $58.00B
- Operating margin: 79.7% vs. 78.3%
With forward projections of
3. "Our DRAM and HBM volumes through 2029 are effectively sold out."
4. Signed LTAs covering 50%+ of 2027–2028 capacity, while retaining pricing flexibility
5. The company intends to fulfill its commitment to return 50%+ of cumulative FCF for 2025-2027
6. "We have included deposits and other practical enforcement mechanisms" (LTAs have actual enforcement)
7. "We expect the profitability gap between HBM and conventional DRAM to narrow significantly" (hello broader memory industry)
8. SK Hynix announced $75B in shareholder returns (dividends/buybacks) for CY2026.
I'm not sure what there isn't to like here?
You have a memory company just printing... demand visibility super high from enforceable commitments... and now they're returning that via dividends/buybacks.
Tremendo.

$SKHY during earnings call:
"We believe our share price today is undervalued, not adequately reflecting our earnings and cash flow. That is why we decided that share acquisition and cancellation would be an effective way of raising the per share value.
The acquisition will continue every quarter within the annual size, and the size of the quarterly acquisition will be determined by the board of directors considering such factors as the share price, valuation, cash flow, and so forth."
Couldn't agree more.
It was undervalued even in June.

WOW! $SKHY just crushed it!!!
Revenue came in at $78.9bn against $74.8bn expected, and operating profit at $62.8bn against $58.5bn. That's an 80% operating margin for a freaking memory company. Memory prices didn't cool off either…DRAM was up 28% and NAND 25% in a single quarter.
The biggest number in the release isn't a beat imo though. SK hynix signed five year agreements with 14 major customers, covering more than half of its capacity for 2027 and 2028. Remember the debate we wrote about last week, that memory stocks always peak when price growth peaks.
When customers lock in supply five years out, they're telling you they can't get enough. Memory has stopped behaving like a cycle and started behaving like infrastructure.
The guide backs it up too fellas.
Q4 DRAM shipments are up 25% from Q3, and 2027 DRAM demand is up 25% year over year. Add $86.3bn of cash and the shareholder return question takes care of itself.
The memory king just got stronger. PT $400. Overweight. Limit up!!
SK hynix, $SKHY reports earnings tonight. The Street expects operating profit of ~₩77tn on margins near 80%. A year ago it was ₩11.4tn. That’s nearly 7x in twelve months (unreal growth btw).
The reason is HBM. Every Nvidia GPU needs it, SK hynix has about half the market and it’s first in line for HBM4 on Vera Rubin. Memory prices are still rising across the board DRAM up ~22% and NAND ~15% last quarter. The beat is mostly priced in. What moves the stock is what mgmt says about 2027 pricing and HBM4 volumes. PT $400. Overweight.
