Are you assigned to lead an improvement project?
Don't improve.
Start by eliminating everything that does not add value.
And when only what has value remains,
then yes, focus on ways to improve it.
Remember the steps:
1. Eliminate first.
2. Improve after.
Belief brings clarity and precedes results.
When you plan something,
act from the beginning as if you had already achieved it.
