You know things are bad when you accept 527/- to insult a former president and you end up adding your mother's name to the list of those to be insulted. This manufactured anti-Kibaki campaign is hilarious

Neither the West nor the great powers love Africa. They pursue interests of resources, strategic influence &, crucially, votes at the UN. Africa is courted when useful, sidelined when inconvenient. It's naive to expect benediction from these greedy states.

The mind, sadly, is still colonised. Ona sasa. Is this not worship of cultural imperialism? Disowning inherent sovereignity... bure kabisa

To cut a long story short... The red top engages @allans_ademba on matters "Niko Kadi" and the future of the vote... elsewhere, the dynamics of middle powers gets interesting and Dr. Carney holds his ground against the bullying Trump.

The treatment of Kenyans seeking visas to Nigeria is unacceptable. While we extend visa free entry to Nigerian citizens, this is not reciprocated. The inconvenience suffered by Kenyans is unwarranted. We are pursuing the remedying of this situation with vigor at diplomatic and political levels. @KenyaHC_Nigeria @NigeriaMFA

in Hungary, Viktor Orban, a WH favourite, lost. Yet, he controlled the media, enjoyed massive WH support. In Brazil, the run-off saw Lula rising tops easily trouncing Flavio Bolsonario (a WH favourite). Voters snide at big money, influence

A study in Botswana found that painting fake eyes on the backsides of cattle can help keep lions and other predators from attacking them. It sounds far-fetched, but the results were hard to ignore. Researchers tracked 2,061 cattle from 14 different herds over four years in northern Botswana, an area where livestock regularly run into lions and leopards. They split the animals into three groups: some got eyes painted on their rumps, others got simple cross marks, and the rest were left completely unmarked.

On Defence, Europe slept on the job! The USA is showing true colours and folks hapo Brussels are left grappling with reality. Thing is, USA has hit the age of populism/ transactional politics. Oligarchs are as much alive in this country as they're in Russia.

The Red Top describes Effective Altruism (EA) as "The Century's Biggest Idea". The nuance is that intellectual influence does not necessarily imply moral correctness. EA’s emphasis on evidence, measurable impact, and cost-effectiveness has influenced charitable giving and AI safety debates. its more radical variant raise questions about uncertainty, moral priorities, accountability, and the concentration of decision-making power among elites. White House is peeved by this philosophical movement. Hapa kahawa tu

This happens every single day. Invicible. Low key, expansive in some of the driest of places, such trees take time to take root and create branch. Yet. The action has been normalised. Here's where the real problem is
