Some of the most beautiful things in this world can't be shown in a picture. They can only be seen by the heart.
🙏
They're already helping each other.
🚨#BREAKING: Absolutely HORRIFYING video footage is emerging from McCaysville GA and Copperhill, TN where entire BUILDINGS were COMPLETELY UNDERWATER.
This is devastating.
PLEASE PRAY FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

🌈 Trauma Response vs. Healing Response
Trauma says... If I love them harder, maybe they'll finally love me back.
Healing says... I can love someone deeply without losing myself in the process.
So many of us grew up believing love had to be earned. That if we just gave a little more, tried a little harder, stayed a little longer, or became whatever someone needed us to be... eventually, we would be enough.
But that's not always love. Sometimes it's survival. It's the little child inside us still trying to earn the affection, safety, and acceptance we once needed.
And here's where everything begins to change...
Healing doesn't mean you stop loving people deeply. It means you stop abandoning yourself just to keep someone else close.
You stop confusing being needed with being loved. You stop mistaking intensity for connection. You stop trying to convince people to see the beauty in a heart they keep taking for granted.
And something beautiful happens when you begin giving yourself the same love you've spent your entire life pouring into others.
You become more peaceful. More discerning. More comfortable being alone than being somewhere you have to beg to belong.
Your energy changes because your relationship with yourself has changed.
You no longer love from the fear of losing someone... you love from the freedom of knowing you won't lose yourself.
That's the difference between a trauma response and a healing response.
You didn't stop loving with your whole heart...
You just remembered that your heart deserves that same love, too. ❤️

People and love.
Real living.
Add some nature and animals...paradise.
Lately, I’m grateful for... friends who check in. People who make you laugh. people who make you feel safe. The ones who remember little things. Conversations that leave you lighter. Friends who show up without being asked. The kind of connection that feels real. People who make ordinary days feel special…..eye of the needle

WOW 🚨 I just verified this and these election results are real. I ran the numbers through artificial intelligence:
The likelihood of these election results are 0.00001%, effectively 1 in trillions
Again, THE LIKELIHOOD OF THE MIDTERM RESULTS NOT BEING FRAUD IS “1 IN TRILLIONS”

Sad update on the two Spokane County deputies shot near Spangle.
One has passed. The other is not expected to survive.
Both were young fathers who ran toward a domestic violence call.
Pray for their families and the department.
Here is the update from the Sookane County Sheriff:
UPDATE on Critically Injured Deputies
It is with extreme sadness we inform the citizens of Spokane County that one of the Deputies who was critically injured has lost his valiant fight and succumbed to his injuries last night. He is survived by his wife and two children.
The second Deputy remains on life support in critical condition, surrounded by his family; unfortunately, he is not expected to survive. As an organ donor, arrangements are being considered and he will continue to serve others with the gift of life.
The families have requested privacy as they suffer this enormous loss.
Everyone at the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office/Spokane Valley Police Department is devastated by yesterday’s tragic and senseless violent shooting. We will continue to support their families and honor their wishes.
Although we know our Deputies knew the risks, they bravely moved toward danger to protect others they did not know. They did this with honor and with an unwavering sense of duty to their oath to serve and protect the citizens of Spokane County; they heroically placed themselves in mortal danger. They are true examples of selfless service and dedication. They are the epitome of what the men and women in law enforcement are; they are the best of all of us. We cherish having served with them as we begin to process the devastating and unthinkable loss.
Please keep these Deputies and their families in your prayers and respect their request for privacy.
