STONKBROKER MiCA white paper now published.
The MiCA Crypto Alliance has published the STONKBROKER MiCA White Paper, covering the ERC-20 crypto-asset of the StonkBrokers ecosystem on @RobinhoodCrypto Chain, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
$STONKBROKER is classified as a crypto-asset other than an asset-referenced or e-money token under MiCA Title II. Within the StonkBrokers ecosystem, it is used to acquire StonkBrokers NFTs through the Anvil automated market maker and to pay fees to activate and upgrade them. The wider ecosystem also includes Broker Box, which provides functionality relating to tokenised-stock certificates.
"From an early stage of the project, it was crucial for StonkBroker to stay aligned with regulatory requirements. This demonstrates to its users and partners that it is building something serious. We’d love to see more projects on Robinhood Chain take the same approach."— Aaron Sanchez, Director of Industry Engagement at MiCA Crypto Alliance.
The white paper sets out what the asset is, what it does not give its holders, the risks involved, and who is responsible for its content.

A partir del próximo año, El Salvador invertirá el 8% del PIB en educación.
En El Salvador, las evaluaciones de la OCDE del sistema educativo nacional y de las primeras 171 escuelas del programa de modernización muestra resultados muy positivos. Demuestran que aún partiendo de niveles muy bajos se puede mejorar de manera acelerada la calidad educativa:
▪️si es que se concibe un sistema donde materiales de calidad, un currículo que prioriza los aprendizajes fundamentales, formación de los maestros, evaluación permanente de los aprendizajes, se despliegan de manera integrada y consistente.
▪️ Se utiliza la tecnología y la IA en función y para mejorar las capacidades existentes, y en la medida que éstas se expandan, mejorar la tecnología que se usa, en un proceso iterativo .
▪️ Hay una orientación exclusiva de todas las acciones a mejorar los aprendizajes.
Estos son elementos centrales para emprender la tarea más difícil: llevar esa experiencia a escala, para que cada niño y niña del país tenga las mismas oportunidades de aprendizaje. Hay un compromiso político de seguir avanzando, que se plasma en un compromiso financiero de incrementar la inversión en educación a 8% del PBI.
