The Judge needs to end this now. Opponents will continue to stall as long as he lets them. Enough already!
Today, rescheduling opponents filed a response to the DEA after Judge Julius gave them just hours to reply rather than the week or two allowed in earlier rounds. Julius must now decide whether to reopen the hearing or move toward a final recommendation. themarijuanaherald.com/2026/…
We see this wherever cannabis is legalised. Legalisation = less crime! 😎
The start of recreational marijuana sales in Ohio was associated with large reductions in property crime and overall serious crime, with no increase in violent crime, according to a study published today in the Journal of Criminal Justice. themarijuanaherald.com/2026/…
Recreational Cannabis Users Report 96% LESS Brain Fog and Memory Issues Than Non-Users!
People who used cannabis only for recreational reasons had 96% lower chance of reporting these self-noticed brain fog or memory issues compared to non-users.
This was a strong, statistically significant result.
Those using it only for medical reasons or for both medical and recreational had lower chances too (about 54% and 70% lower), but these weren't strong enough to rule out chance.
Recreational cannabis use was linked to much less self-reported cognitive decline in this group of middle-aged and older adults.
The study suggests cannabis might even have some protective effect on perceived brain health.

Cannabis use in older adults is linked to brain networks that look younger!
Cannabis users showed brain network patterns that looked more like those of younger brains.
They also showed better cognitive performance.
This suggests that cannabis (or the body’s own cannabinoids) might help slow down or modify brain aging and neuro degeneration.

Could CBD help protect the brain from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s?
Existing drugs mainly ease symptoms but don’t stop the underlying protein clumping, oxidative damage, or brain inflammation.
CBD has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and nerve-protecting effects shown in lab and animal studies.
It shows promise for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s by reducing protein clumps, free radicals, and inflammation, and has also helped with epilepsy, depression, anxiety, and related conditions.

Cannabis users' brains look YOUNGER!
People who used cannabis showed better scores on various thinking tests (multiple areas of cognition / mental performance).
The brain changes linked to cannabis and the better thinking abilities appeared together across many different brain systems.
Cannabis users' brains showed connection patterns more like those seen in younger people, plus stronger cognitive (thinking) skills.

Cannabis use does NOT speed up cognitive decline or raise dementia risk in seniors! A study of 79,000 patients!
At the start, cannabis users actually scored slightly better on a couple of thinking tests (number memory and fluid intelligence/quick thinking).
Genetic analysis found no evidence that cannabis use causes worse brain performance or higher dementia risk (or the other way around).
Conclusion: In these large groups of older adults, cannabis use was not linked to faster memory loss or higher dementia risk.
The study found no strong evidence that cannabis harms cognitive ageing in older people.

For those that missed this yesterday.
44-year study showed Cannabis users showed LESS brain aging/decline!
Main finding: Men who had ever used cannabis actually showed less drop in their cognitive (thinking) abilities over the decades compared to men who never used it.
Among the cannabis users, things like starting at a young age or using it frequently did not lead to worse long-term cognitive decline.
Overall conclusion: In this large group of men tracked for over 40 years, cannabis use did not cause harmful long-term effects on age-related brain aging or cognitive decline.

Discover How Cannabinoids & Vitamin B12 Team Up Against Neuro degeneration!
These compounds are being studied for brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.
They may help reduce harmful protein clumps and support the cell’s energy centers.
CBD can calm brain inflammation and protect nerve cells.
Pairing CBD with vitamin B12 may further support nerve health and new brain-cell growth.

Recreational Cannabis Users Report 96% LESS Brain Fog and Memory Issues.
Judging by the comments, Reefer Madness is alive and well. We have a long way to go in educating the public. I may have to do another myth busting session. 😎
Data on 35,000+ adults: the more cannabis you’ve used in life, the bigger your hippocampus and the better your brain works after 40!
People who had ever used cannabis tended to have larger brain volume in key areas that are full of natural cannabis-like receptors (especially the hippocampus, amygdala, caudate, and putamen – these areas are important for memory, emotions, learning, and movement).
The more cannabis someone had used in their lifetime, the larger these brain areas were and the better they performed on tests of learning, processing speed, and short-term memory.

Cannabis dramatically improves memory & thinking!
CBD dramatically improves memory & thinking problems after traumatic brain injury by blocking cell-damaging stress & death!
CBD helps protect brain cells (neurons) and improves thinking/memory problems after brain injury by:
Reducing harmful "oxidative stress" (basically cell-damaging rust-like chemical reactions)
Stopping brain cells from dying (apoptosis/programmed cell death)
CBD sticks directly to a protein called SET inside brain cells. This binding causes SET to change shape slightly and get "stuck" in the cytoplasm (the main body of the cell) instead of moving into the nucleus (cell control center).

Cannabis users show ZERO lasting brain deficits in memory/executive function!
Cannabis users tended to score higher on novelty seeking (loving new, exciting, or intense experiences).
Cannabis users also scored lower on introvertive anhedonia (less social withdrawal or lack of pleasure in being around people; basically, more enjoyment of social stuff).
Past studies often linked cannabis to thinking problems or mental health issues, but here the long-term cannabis users showed no clear deficits in brain tasks.
