Was paying £154 a month for my energy, £550 in credit. Get an email saying it will be going up to £276 a month. Called them said if they can’t reduce I will have my credit back and leave one month in. Got told you can but your debit will be £313 a month….

I do not watch a lot of Sunderland but from the outside I think this man overachieved did he take them up in his first season and second season get them into Europe? Progressed too soon and now could lose his job in his third?

Regis Le Bris reflects on Sunderland’s defeat to Dinamo Zagreb: “We are a bit unlucky because we created many chances but it wasn’t enough” 😔

Out and about for work today, two meets in two lovely village coffee / tea rooms, sun out , feel lucky I have all this around me and you wonder why people in this world want wars, fights, corruption, etc. I have always felt 95% of people want to leave in peace and enjoy life

Not buying a striker in the summer costing us big time

What a difference a high quality number 9 would make to this side

Another frustrating result. Have to accept where we are at this moment. I was not expecting much this season. 8-10th maybe

Last night showed a right back, left winger and striker (maybe 2) is a must in the priority list which many of us and hopefully the management see.

If I am looking at positives - we spend £185m on two centre midfielders. Bentancur from what I have watched and reading from today’s game - I’m here to be counted. Having one benched at least shows if one comes off you don’t feel the quality has dropped

Fair play Hull. Solid defence so important especially coming from the championship

I remember leaving The Lane when we threw away a 2-0 lead against Stoke and thinking Poch is not the man for the job. We then had our first good season under him from where we were. Under RDZ it is frustrating but the squad has had a major overhaul. I’m not concerned.

Exactly this - no excuses now. Time to play for the shirt

We have the quality and the talent. There’s no doubt. We need to press higher, hunt in packs, win every duel, run harder and fight for every single ball. Talent can win games, but desire wins battles. The shirt deserves nothing less. I’m quietly confident COME ON YOU SPURS 💙

Spurs fans more gutted we’ve lost but replaced a 4th choice centre back for a like for like replacement then they are not having a natural right back to compete with Porro or an out and out striker.

Funny how yesterday made our window awful forgetting we needed an overhaul, did anyone really expect us to do as much as we did? Final third and injuries are a concern but you can’t argue serious money and wages have been spent. Plenty to do still

I am disappointed with this one as I feel he made us more solid last 5 games of last season. That said I don’t think Tosin is a downgrade either more like for like. Ultimately as well if a player wants to leave sell them. Can’t be sentimental

🚨🔴⚪️ Kevin Danso to Sunderland, here we go! Deal in place for loan move with obligation to buy from Spurs. Fee around £25m as #SAFC booked a medical for Danso today.
