Wander: Yes.
Judge: Have you signed a plea agreement?
Wander: Yes.
Judge: It is 8 pages - you cannot appeal any sentence of 480 months or below, do you understand?

London Lions 119-66 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers today equals the second-largest loss by a European club to a NBA team - just behind the Golden State Warriors’ 120–66 rout of Efes Pilsen in 2006.
Not sure what either team getting from this blowout.
No TV broadcast in UK means few know this is even happening (huge fail by NBA given a 9pm BST tip arranged) and 8000km jaunt is quite a detour from London.
And Portland wasting a preseason tuneup on a G-League level foe.
Painful that the only commentary on this Portland-London game is the arena announcer and there’s no score on screen. I know it’s preseason but this is like someone just stuck up a camera and pressed ‘Start Livestream’.
Astonishing to see a UK team face a NBA one with London Lions visiting Portland for a friendly today.

In a glorious 2024, Alex Haydock-Wilson won two Olympic medals.
In a "devastating" 2026, he finished last in his UK Championships heat, yet felt happier than he had for years.
