Appreciate all the retweets, still trying to get it to all the eyes possible. Much love to you all.

News has been confirmed about the sad passing of jungle dnb DJ Randall.
@benlukemurphy and myself have just written an appreciation of the pioneering foundation DJ/producer - the DJs' DJ, the people's DJ, one of the greatest to ever do it. Read it here:

thursday session : following few nudges via their FB page due to some recent finds of the pre-album sessions,
i decided to dig this Jesus Jones album out that i bought on cd and never really gave much time.
so much more fun than i expected.

Got a really interesting episode for you - @thebugzoo has long been on our wanted list and it was well worth tracking him down to talk about music and the sound system. Search What Goes Around or click the link below.

thursday session :
well, it has been a while,
and as i have said before,
once this groove kicks in, it kicks in hard.
could be a while down this particular rabbit hole.
@onusound
wednesday session swerve #2 :
been a long time since i felt the urge.
but following a nudge
i am totally loving a randomised selection from this amazing boxset.
wednesday session : time to kick things off with mixtape version of this collaboration between hip hop and drum-n-bass.
orig album = epic hip hop with massive names.
and probably not what the fans were hoping for.
hence this d-n-b remix/mixtape version.
it's seriously full on.
everytime i spotted a cd in a charity shop,
i would do the search on allmusic.
the reviews were mainly by @sterlewine,
or if not, then by @NedRaggett
needless to say,
they are both to blame for a massive expansion of my cd collection.
tldr : employ them for words re music

It's Tesco. Not Tescos. Get it right or fuck off to Asda where you belong.
sunday session update :
campag velocet got me in the mood for more punk/funk.
and given the recent brilliant set at that fesival,
decided to give this 'almost live' album an airing.
it is possibly the best album the band ever released.
sunday session :
.. and then out of nowhere, i felt the urge to listen to this blast of guitars, sneers, and grooves.
and then i remembered this quick slab of cheap and cheerful promo :
