Where real estate was always in high demand even in North Jersey all because of NYC, that has already turned the corner and will decline sharply into 2028. Major New York banks are indeed shifting operations to other states. For at least one major bank, JPMorgan Chase, employment in Texas has already surpassed that in New York City.

Comey Charged for Alleged Unauthorized Disclosure of National Security Information
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has charged former FBI Director James Comey for a third time, alleging that he leaked a sensitive national security document in October 2016.
The allegations are contained in court records made public late on Oct. 26.
In a written opinion, U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden granted Comey’s request to unseal files in the criminal case against him. The DOJ did not object to unsealing the court docket.
McFadden said that the criminal information, filed Oct. 5 of this year, charges Comey with two counts under the Espionage Act arising from his alleged conduct on Oct. 5, 2016, when he was FBI director.
Charges under the Espionage Act generally must be brought within 10 years of the date of the alleged criminal act.
The judge said the first count charges Comey with violating Section 793(d) of Title 18 of the U.S. Code by transmitting a sensitive document related to national defense to a person who was not entitled to receive it. The second count charges Comey with conspiring with “others known and unknown” to commit the first count.
