if youre an eligible toronto resident plz make a plan to vote monday
chow isnt perfect but shes secured record funds from prov&feds, expanded school meals, and improved municipal services (911,libraries) already
bradford^2 is a flip flopping demagogue-not the leader for toronto
Sad to see teams like @SRVAL and @M80gg (who poured their souls into VAL wo partnership) reconsider the game.
Hoping the new format equalizes things a bit, but partnered teams will still be better off because they'll have more $$ to get better players, resources etc.
To clarify
Riot changed the way Valorant works so that any team can make/win an international tournament
But they chose 4 teams in NA to become partners
They give those teams millions of $$ AND a skin in the game (they get a percentage of sales)
If an unpartnered org builds a moneyball team that absolutely crushes at an international event- those players will be poached by a partnered org
It happened to us with Brawk and Mada going to NRG it is happening to C9 who just lost partnership and already letting their players shop around
I just don't know if it is worth competing in the esport long term as compared to investing into an esport with a truly open system

This past weekend on OWCS was my second last show booked for 2026
My schedule is open for the remainder of the year and I’m looking for opportunities in esports and gaming as a host, caster & analyst going into 2027 🗓️✨
I’m travel and US visa ready with my O1-B and plan on moving to California after the holidays — I’d love to work with you, any inquiries can be sent to 📧: [email protected]
Next year, I plan to further expand my repertoire. I hope to find ways to break into VO/VA work (fr this time), and develop my skillset as a variety gaming host with more interviewing and even stage or panel hosting opportunities 🌟
That being said, with the format changes to Valorant esports and the end of VCL, I’m not sure if there will be a spot for me in Val going into next season
What I do know is that I want nothing more than to keep covering Valorant, it’s home and where my journey started as a broadcaster ❤️
For now, I’ll be closing out my year with my second home in Overwatch at World Finals and I can’t wait to see you all there (^-^*)/
Much love,
Ash ✮⋆˙

First time on Game Changers ✅
Grateful I got to join an excellent broadcast crew for LCQ covering some super fun teams. Good luck to @FlyQuestRED and @MIBR GC tomorrow to get that final champs spot 🫡
Started a new job recently!
I've spent the last year trying to strike a balance between my healthcare job and esports, while making sure that I wasn't compromising on either so I could grow my skills in each field.
Proud to say that it feels like it's finally paying off 😅
