📰 CHA EUNWOO was mentioned in a Times of India article about the opening of South Korea’s first specialized nursing hospital for ALS patients. In July 2023, after being nominated for the Ice Bucket Challenge, #CHAEUNWOO donated 10 million won to support people living with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). He also called for greater public awareness of people affected by rare and incurable diseases and their families, and nominated fellow ASTRO member Yoon San-ha, along with actresses Moon Ga-young and Park Gyu-young, to continue the campaign. His donation was part of the broader fundraising efforts led by the Seungil Hope Foundation, which had been working for years to establish a specialized hospital for ALS patients. In March 2025, the Seungil Hope Nursing Hospital opened in Yongin with 76 beds, following a collective effort supported by approximately 350,000 donors. #차은우 #チャウヌ #车银优 #ชาอึนอู #車銀優

📰 ‘The WONDERfools’ (원더풀스) was recommended by PULP Magazine in "K-Dramas You Should Be Watching This 2026" “Set in the weeks leading up to the Y2K/2000s scare, The Wonderfools combines action, comedy, and fantasy in a nostalgic small-town setting, starring Park Eunbin as Eun Chaeni, Cha Eunwoo as Lee Unjeong, Choi Daehoon as Son Gyeongun, and Im Sungjae as Kang Robin. Suddenly, a goofy group of townies suddenly acquire strange superpowers, and they work together to stop a dangerous conspiracy threatening the community. Male B: Whenever I got off the bus, I could see #CHAEUNWOO waiting for a bus right in front of the bus stop Female A: My closest friend at the time was also a Fantagio trainee. That friend was friends with Cha Eunwoo. So we... I had known Cha Eunwoo since before his debut, and we used to say things like, ‘When is Dongmin going to debut? That handsome guy’ Male A: You felt a sense of closeness to him even though you didn’t actually know him personally, didn’t you? Female A: Exactly, that sense of closeness, haha Male B: That gentleman, Cha Eunwoo, really had an entirely different aura about him... Female A: Right. He really does have that aura Male B: The halo around him was definitely something extraordinary.
