Spoiler: This happens in EVERY state that adopts school vouchers. The wealthiest people in the state benefit from having their private school tuition supplemented while the working poor pay for it. They then raise the prices to keep the poors out of the choice places.
Parents thought the tax credit would reduce what they pay. Instead, many schools raised tuition in a comparable amount to the tax credit. oklahoman.com/story/news/202…
