Transparency is the hallmark of web3 (it's all open source and an open database) - it's not shady, rather it's an antidote to the cigar-smoke-filled rooms where centralized finance historically gets done. People trust code more than people bc it always does what it says it'll do.
Stablecoins pose risks to consumers & to our economy. They’re propping up one of the shadiest parts of the crypto world, DeFi, where consumers are least protected from getting scammed. Our regulators need to get serious about clamping down before it is too late.

Thank you @KenCJohnston 💯
I couldn't be more excited about the potential of @gitlab and @opstrace as a combined force. Developer experience is what it's all about and unified observability in your DevOps platform is where it starts! venturebeat.com/2021/12/14/g…

It’s been an exciting journey so far and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish with GitLab’s horsepower
I'm very happy to announce that we are now @gitlab !
Thank you to our early adopters, @matappelman, @trichris, @gehrcke, Nick and Simão for the road so far!

Opstrace can collect metrics from @CockroachDB
using @PrometheusIO to remote write the samples.
@CockroachDB also comes bundled with pre-defined dashboards that can be imported into Opstrace. Try this yourself by following our latest blog post here:

Just about every application ever written emits logs in one form or another. In this post, we talk generally about the problem of log aggregation and how Opstrace uses a _minimal index_ approach that differs from most others.

Cloudflare Pages is a solid new contender in the JAMstack hosting space. As happy Cloudflare DNS and CDN customers, we wanted to see how Pages performs with our Next.js site. Spoiler: it’s great, but has some rough edges. Read about our journey here:

Our Datadog API is also provisioned as part of each and every tenant so migrating from Datadog only requires changing the URL on your DD Agent to send DogStatsD straight to Opstrace:

We made our product docs live alongside our code, which is great for updating docs at the same time as the associated code. We also made them render properly on GitHub _and_ our company website. Today we open-sourced it so you can do it too: opstrace.com/blog/product-do…
