Perigo REAL para os artistas: Regulamentação da IA será votada dia 12:
Nessa regulamentação, especificamente no Art. 54, diz que NÃO constitui ofensa a direito autoral, quando há processo de mineração de dados para a construção do modelo de IA.
A legislação se refere a algumas organizações, mas pode causar problemas para todos que têm obras protegidas.
A sugestão seria que os modelos de IA deveriam ter uma lista de restrições em que os artistas e produtores pudessem optar por sair. E, caso não saíssem, deveriam ter regras de remuneração.
