Problem isnt state specific but problem is with guys not understanding the concept that a girl is with a boy because not only she likes him but she feels safe and comfortable with him.
Being a GF doesnt mean she can go with anyone.
This problem is with mentality and have seen this usually with people who have not been taught the concept of ‘Respect for women’
They have seen there father/brother/relatives abusing there mothers/sisters etc
They only know that a wife is to give in demands of her husband or is there only as sexual object.
Sexualisation of females in India is the biggest problem.
Untill mindset of this country wont change nothing will work.
