RIG and DIE is backed by the Nigerian constitution as explained by Festus Keyamo CON SAN in this clip.

Dear Nigerians,
Anyone committing a crime is a criminal, whether they are everyday Nigerians, law enforcement agents, government officials or even the president.
The best way to stand against crime is to unite against it.
We must not allow Habiba to stand alone.
We must come together to speak with one voice and defend our democracy.
Tinubu and the APC are not planning to play fair.
They will use their thugs.
They will use security operatives.
They will use INEC.
But always remember that anyone trying to stop you from voting or trying to rig your vote is committing treason against Nigeria.
Whenever the law enforcement agents abandon their constitutional responsibility to protect law and order, we all become the last lines of defence.
In 2027, we are fighting for our lives, and we must not let criminals win.

Town Hall, Okoroiti, Akwa Ibom: 114 voters in 2023, 888 on the 2026 register. +679%, 2nd-biggest jump in the state.
And most of the photos look like pictures of passport photos.

We looked at the 10 polling units in Akwa Ibom with the largest increases in registered voters.
In those units, more than half of the voter photos were flagged in our review. Most of them were taken of an existing photo or screen rather than of a person in front of the camera.

Look at the kind of gibberish names appearing on INEC’s preliminary voters register in Abia State. According to the audit, 75 questionable entries were found in a single ward, Eziama, in Aba North.
What exactly is INEC doing with our electoral register? This is beyond incompetence; it raises serious questions about the integrity of the entire process. INEC is looking increasingly compromised, and Nigerians have every reason to be suspicious.
If these irregularities are not addressed, whatever dangerous game is being played with our democracy could set this country on fire. We cannot afford to wait until election day before demanding answers.

To take back the country in 2027, we must come out en masse. This includes those without PVC.

Please, it seems we are about to forget that Rilwan Olawale, the OK ticket flag boy who was arrested in Lagos, is still reportedly in DSS custody!
We need to apply more pressure to at least hear from the relevant authorities and confirm that he is still alive, because their silence is becoming suspicious!
Lend your voice today! Let’s keep Rilwan Olawale in the public eye! ✊

Partly. In the US, political posters and signs are generally banned on public property (poles, rights-of-way, medians) without special authorization; private property needs only owner permission, no government fee. Campaigns pay private billboard companies for commercial space, which involves state structure permits. In places like Germany, election posters on public roads often require a municipal permit and modest fee (e.g., €30 in Munich). Rules vary widely by jurisdiction.
