I just sat through 19 sessions on HR Tech. “AI” was said 1119 times, “agentic,” 773, “people,” 74 times, and “candidate experience” twice. I’m thinking it might be time for this industry to reevaluate its priorities.
I love hearing people use manually designed PowerPoint slides to talk about the potential use cases of AI.

How are surveys still the de facto way employers measure engagement? It seems kind of anachronistic when you can easily measure sentiment and intent.
