Last week, I had the honor of ushering another class of service-minded #FordhamLawyers into the legal profession. Will Lanier ’23 perfectly captured my hopes for them...to carry the values and principles instilled at #FordhamLaw as they fearlessly forge their own paths.
This year's Eugene J. Keefe Award went to SBA President Will Lanier '23 for his exceptional leadership and unifying actions on behalf of the student body. During his inspiring remarks, Will reminded his classmates what it means to be a #FordhamLawyer.

"You arrived on campus at a time when NY was still the epicenter of a global pandemic. We were all trying our best to navigate a horrendously stressful and tragic situation. Each of you had to call upon tremendous levels of grit and resilience." @mattdiller to the class of 2023
Ahead of tomorrow’s diploma ceremony, I want to congratulate the class of 2023 and remind you to take stock of what you’ve accomplished, be proud, give thanks to those who supported you along the way, and know you will always be a part of the #FordhamFamily!
