It is amazing that @WesBank is actually still operational. The lack of service received is unmatched!! No answering of calls, no response to emails…. #poorservice
I have now sent at least 13 messages to @virginactiveSA since Friday in response to the constant excuses as to why I have not been paid! I quote “the full amount should reflect in 7-10 days” which was received on 31 January… it is now the 5th of March and nothing has been done!
Another 4 days without a response or refund as was promised by @virginactiveSA ……. #servicedelivery
Still no response.. still no payment.

Stop responding to me via DM! I want this conversation to be public so everyone can see how poor your customer service is!! It’s has now been over a month since you said my refund had been processed and there is NO sign of the money YOU owe me for over charging me!!!

29 days after being assured I would get my money back from @virginactiveSA and I am still waiting! You have my bank details as your debit my account every month!!! Let’s talk about the interest accrued since May last year. If the tables were turned, you’d expect me to pay it!
22 days later and still no sign of a refund from @virginactiveSA even after I was told that I was in fact correct.
So if a client doesn’t pay on time, they get a default and threats about account closure or lawyers letters.. If a company over charges you and says they will refund you in 7-10 days, but it’s overdue, there are no consequences? @virginactiveSA #virginactive
Top effort from @FlySafair!
1. Wrong boarding pass
2. Bags promised to be on our flight
3. Refused to give us a luggage tag
4. No bags on our flight
5. Baggage enquiries assured that our bags were on the next flight….
6. It’s not been 2 hours and we still have NO bags! #USELESS

Ordered food from @Nurisushi Sea Point at 18:58, it’s now 21:06 with no food, no answering of their phone, no update on when or if it may arrive. Thumbs up 👍
A quick image to show the assistance I received at @FNBSA this morning. WhatsApp videos must have been very insightful, while I waited for assistance.

A wonderful day for the Adairs, he was presented with his cap by brother Mark ahead of the start of play in Harare.
