Howdy, just one the things I learned in the Marines, always make your bed. Last night before sleeping, I changed the sheets/pillowcases and this morning I will make my bed. When I return from hiking my bed will be ready :) Clean crisp bedsheets/pillowcases. So , make your bed.

Love getting into a well made bed! Semper Fi, Sir...my Momma taught me, 1st. The Corps strengthened the reason! SF

Exactly! These numbers are made up by small boned people or people that want us weak. There is guidance that says a women my height should weigh no more than 110 lbs. I'm 5' tall but I do not have a small frame. At my fittest while doing crossfit (I was ripped for me), I weighed 117 and could not lose a single pound without starving myself, which I tried because of the stupid rhetoric. I'm older now and have less muscle and am healthiest around 120-125. My goal is to keep muscle and never get below 110.

Arrest and prosecute the SEDITIOUS SIX! They are flat out traitors! Remove them from Congress! Inciting the ranks of the military and intelligence agencies to not obey orders from the Commander in Chief is fomenting insurrection!

YOUR BODY SECRETLY CRAVES FOR THESE HERBS AND NO ONE WILL EVER TELL YOU THIS. SAVE IT! 1. Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) has been studied for over 2,000 years and reduces inflammation markers by up to 52% - more than most over-the-counter pills. 2. Boswellia (Frankincense) blocks the exact enzyme - 5-LOX - that drives arthritis inflammation, doing what many supplements cannot even target. 3. Cilantro chemically bonds to heavy metals like mercury and lead and physically removes them from your tissues. 4. Dandelion Root forces your liver to release bile, the fluid that breaks down fat and flushes cholesterol from your blood. 5. Nettle Leaf naturally blocks the enzyme that converts testosterone to DHT - the hormone behind hair loss in both men and women. 6. Lion's Mane mushroom stimulates nerve growth factor, literally regrowing brain connections lost to chronic stress and aging.

Good Monday morning, fellow patriots! Tomorrow we stand at the precipice. I'm asking God to give us another chance and to save our country from the throes of marxism. Stand firm. VOTE RED! Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. PSALM 62:5-6

It’s been over a year since Lucy Martinez was filmed making Charlie Kirk neck gestures, and she’s STILL employed by Nathan Hale Elementary School, who did everything to bury this story. They want us to forget. I promise you, we haven’t, and we won’t.

Sadly, I woke up to some heartbreaking news this morning here in Baton Rouge , Louisiana. Someone broke into my van overnight, shattered two windows, stole a lawnmower, and ransacked everything inside. It’s honestly heartbreaking and deflating, especially when you’re simply trying to do good and make a difference. I can’t understand why someone would do something like this. I’ve contacted the police, and I’m currently waiting for them to arrive and process the van for fingerprints. Unfortunately, this means I won’t be able to attend the Louisiana Book Festival today as planned. I was really looking forward to meeting everyone and sharing my books, but right now, I’m just trying to process everything that happened.

Let's go Polk County Florida!
Republicans are underperforming in Polk County. We have a voter registration advantage of 60,000 in the county and it went R+30 four years ago.

A three-star general reportedly failed three polygraphs during a classified-leak investigation involving American war plans, and The Atlantic's big fucking scandal was that Pete Hegseth supposedly couldn't tolerate disagreement. Are you shitting me? Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia was reportedly investigated for leaking classified information involving Iran, Ukraine, and other sensitive matters. Pentagon sources allege he even began meeting journalists outside the building after Hegseth tightened media access. The investigation was referred to the Justice Department. And somehow we're supposed to wring our hands over the poor general's professional disagreements? What kind of arrogant, self-important asshole believes three stars and a security clearance grant him the authority to potentially compromise wartime secrets because civilian leadership rejected his advice? American service members are operating in a dangerous conflict. The president is making decisions involving military operations, diplomacy, and national security. Classified information in the wrong hands could compromise those decisions and endanger American lives. Yet Washington's pampered military aristocracy apparently expects everyone to treat a general's wounded fucking ego as the greater national emergency. And the media? Naturally, Hegseth becomes the villain. The suspected leaker becomes the sympathetic professional. The alleged betrayal of military trust gets buried beneath another convenient narrative about Trump's supposedly reckless Pentagon leadership. What an absolutely breathtaking pile of bullshit. The allegations demand a complete investigation, and any criminal conduct established deserves serious punishment. No rank, reputation, or collection of powerful media friends should interfere. Because if a senior officer deliberately weaponizes classified information against lawful civilian leadership, he's disgraced the uniform, violated the trust placed in him, and endangered the country he's sworn to serve. And America has a serious fucking problem when generals start treating the stars on their shoulders as a license to betray the flag stitched onto the same goddamn uniform. (article below)

Well said, Sir. Semper Fi !
The hardest thing I ever carried home from war wasn’t a weapon. It was the weight of knowing I was alive while brothers I loved were lying beneath an American flag. And God help me, there are days I still wonder why I got to come home and they didn’t. I have stood over the graves of men I would have given my own life to save. Watched a flag folded with steady hands while everything inside me was falling apart. People thanked me for my service that day. I couldn’t even find the strength to answer. It wasn’t Taps that broke me. It was the silence afterward. Knowing I would get another sunrise, another birthday, another chance to hug my family, while a brother of mine never would. I’ve carried that weight through years of laughter, pain, and sleepless nights. Sometimes all it takes is the sound of a flag moving in the wind, and suddenly I’m standing there again. I came home from war, but not every part of me made it back. But somewhere along the way, I began to understand something. My brothers wouldn’t want me to spend the rest of my life buried in sorrow. They would want me to laugh again. To love deeply. To hold my family close. To find peace in the freedoms they gave everything to protect. And maybe that’s how I honor them best. Not by pretending the pain is gone, but by refusing to let it steal the good that remains. I still believe that when God finally calls me home, those brothers will be waiting. And maybe, just maybe, there won’t be any more goodbyes. Until then, I’ll keep living, keep loving, and keep finding reasons to be grateful for another day. Because the greatest way I can honor the men who never came home is to make something beautiful out of the life I was blessed to bring back. And when the wind catches that flag, I won’t just remember what we lost. I’ll remember what they gave us to live for.
