Hello there! Posting a tweet thread linking to all my x-files related artwork! I will also add to this thread whenever I create and post more✨
Ngl I always will and have preferred majora's mask over oot because the individual stories to play through and how deep the characters are and I lowkey HIGHKEY love the time mechanics it's easy once you have it down and slow down time

The way Majora’s Mask quietly allows you to piece together the inner lives of its characters with no gameplay benefit beyond understanding the world better is such confident, mature writing. Cremia’s sad little story stuck with me because it’s such lovely humanistic storytelling

Huge win for Texans. And a huge win for Gina Hinojosa.
Texans deserve to know how much Greg Abbott sold them out to his trillionaire donor.
New: Gov. Greg Abbott must let his political opponent, Gina Hinojosa, review more than 1,000 pages of his unredacted communications with Elon Musk, a Travis County Dem judge rules.
Abbott likely to appeal before Hinojosa reviews anything. #txlege

Helloooooo
New findings reported by Birger Rasmussen and colleagues in #Geology show that filaments in 2.46 billion-year-old vesicular basalts are fossilized microbes. This revelation extends the antiquity of basalt-hosted, cavity-dwelling life by at least 50 million years and highlights that submarine lavas were viable habitats for early life on Earth. Given the abundance of submarine lavas in early Precambrian greenstone belts, the authors speculate that this ancient habitat has a fossil record stretching back into the Archean. Likewise, the presence of voluminous basaltic lavas and liquid water on early Mars makes ancient basalts that have undergone fluid-rock interactions a potential target in the search for morphological signs of ancient life on Mars. doi.org/10.1130/G54981.1 #EarlyLife #Mars #GSAPubs Image: Fig. 4 from the paper.

ALT Color diagrams depicting the paragenesis of the putative microfossils, including deposition of the iron formation (A), extrusion of vesicular basalts (B), seawater alteration of the lava and colonization of vesicles along fractures (C, D), mineralization of microbial filaments by Fe-rich clays, and calcite cementation (E-H).
