Last evening, @ClaudetteIrere , Minister of State for Education, joined the celebration of the 62nd Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Day.
In her speech, Min. Irere commended India’s longstanding commitment to human capital development, capacity building and South–South cooperation.
