I have never made any money from networking / just catch up / virtual coffees.
Met some people who ended up being interesting, sure.
But never has any money come from it.
Far better to spend the time writing cold outreach angles and pitching to differnt subsegments of the market.
The Rolex and Lambo guys (RLGs) aren't playing the right game.
They signal to influential people that they're in the club - that's a win.
But there's also a good portion of the elite who are not impressed by it. The Hormozis, the Elons, the Uncle Warrens will actively think less of you if you flex with this stuff. So that's a loss. Is it worth losing Hormozi's respect in order to win a few extra peasant clients?
And then there's the distraction from the adoration by the peasants which deludes the RLG to think he's God's gift to the world. Too much mindspace devoted to the arms race of bling. The 5 hours per week you spend checking your notifications and slobbering over the next expensive toy - 5 hours you're not investing in the business.
Better: Only aim to impress the elite. Find out what impresses an Elon and then do that.
Even better: Fuck impressing anyone and just do your thing.

WE ACCIDENTALLY CRACKED A COLD TRAFFIC OFFER THAT CONVERTS AT 15–22%
And it broke everything I thought I knew about marketing.
Not warm traffic.
Not retargeting.
I’m talking about "stone-cold strangers" buying like they’ve known you for years.
And no, we didn’t fix the funnel, rewrite ads, or add 47 upsells.
Let's face it:
Most offers die before the ad even loads.
We just stopped making the 3 mistakes everyone else keeps repeating; and the whole thing snapped into place.
What actually caused the jump:
• the “value distortion” switch that makes cold buyers convert like warm ones
• a framing trick that doubled AOV without touching price
• the offer stack that kills objections before prospects even think of them
• why 90% of cold offers fail; and how we bypassed it in 48 hours
No hacks.
No guru formulas.
Just a stupidly simple offer architecture that prints on traffic everyone else burns money on.

Claude just KILLED manual outreach. 💀
I used to grind for hours on LinkedIn.
Now? My AI stack does it better.
❌ No "Hey {{first_name}}" spam
✅ Natural, multi-step conversations
✅ 12+ hours saved this week
The result: 500+ conversations with human-level reply rates.
I packaged the entire system (prompts + workflow) into a FREE doc.
Want it?

Is your Claude better than my Claude?
My Claude cannot even embed a logo in a picture.
Been stuck on this for 10+ minutes now.

THE COLD OFFER BLUEPRINT TO GET 15%+ CONVERSIONS FROM A SINGLE CAMPAIGN
This is how you make strangers convert without hacks, gimmicks, or “high-intent funnels.”
Cold traffic is brutally honest.
If the offer isn’t instantly relevant, they’re gone.
This guide fixes that.
It shows you how to build an offer that hits the exact moment of pain a stranger is already in.
You’ll learn:
• why most cold offers die in the first 3 seconds
• how to make your offer feel “safe” for someone who doesn’t know you
• the only parts of your landing page a cold visitor actually reads
• the micro-commitment structure that gets 15%+ conversions
• how to create relevance without personalization or backstory
• the difference between an offer people “like” vs. one they act on
• how to position the offer so it feels like their idea, not your sale
If you want conversions from people who’ve never heard of you,

THIS IS HOW WE CONSISTENTLY HIT 99–100% INBOX PLACEMENT WITH COLD EMAIL
Cold email fails because they never reach the inbox.
They land in spam, or promotions, or nowhere at all.
So they send more volume and burn their domains even faster.
This guide breaks down the EXACT COLD EMAIL INFRASTRUCTURE we use to consistently hit 99–100% inbox placement.
Inside the breakdown, you'll get:
• the email provider that consistently outperforms everything else
• the 3-users-per-domain rule that protects your domains
• the 15-emails-per-day limit that prevents account burns
• the 14-day warm-up process most people skip
• the setup we use to send 750 emails/day with ~99% delivery
Because if your emails don’t land…
your copy, offer or list doesn’t matter
Inbox placement is the whole game.

WE GENERATED $620K IN 45 DAYS USING COLD EMAIL
No ads.
No content funnels.
No giant sales team.
Just a tight cold email system doing a few things extremely well:
• It finds companies already showing buying signals
• filters out people who can’t make decisions
• sends short emails tied to something real happening in their business
• routes replies into a simple follow-up loop that books meetings
Once the system is running, it’s mostly monitoring:
- deliverability
- reply quality
- and list signals
Same offer.
Same ICP.
Same sales process.
Just a system that consistently turns inbox conversations into revenue.

I started sending cold emails in 2019.
Since then:
- I helped scale a company to 9 figures
- I scaled my agency to 80k/mo in under 4 months
- I booked calls with Tesla, Google, the NFL, the UFC, & more
I packaged my entire outbound system into a 37-page masterclass.

WE GENERATED $1.3M+ IN 60 DAYS WITH COLD EMAIL USING JUST 4 OBJECTIVES
- Get every email delivered.
- Target only buyers with real intent.
- Send messages that force a reply; short, direct, impossible to ignore.
- Scale momentum, not volume; iterate fast, expand only what converts.
This is the exact system that drove $1.3M+ in under 60 days without ads, a giant team, and without changing the offer.

Brother went total viral with that one. Bravo @kanekallaway, good move. You even got me out of the woodwork :-)
This may sound tone deaf to some…
After $30K/month net (~$700K/year gross), more money doesn’t matter.
I thought it would, but it doesn’t.
With $30K/month net you can live max comfy in any city.
You can eat wherever, drive whatever, live wherever, travel whenever however wherever, etc.
Price of groceries doesn’t matter. Price of dinner doesn’t matter. Price of vacation doesn’t matter.
Any money above this number is either points (for the ego game) or fuel (to grow other things).
I didn’t believe the “more money doesn’t matter” cap would be so low, but it is.
Once you hit this level, the freedom that comes with it is enormous.
You realize you can play any game, in any way, with anyone.
You also realize that your job becomes finding a forever game that you want to spend your working hours playing.
Because if you are capable of getting to this number, then sitting on a beach for 40 years would be your worst nightmare.
Most importantly, you realize money doesn’t influence internal happiness at all.
It removes all financial stress, but this new “zero-money stress” state quickly becomes your new normal.
The good news is, the “freedom number” you think you need is not actually $6M liquid or whatever the fat fire bros push…it’s just $30K/month net.
You hit that consistently and you’re free rolling forever.
We live in a pinnacle era for business.
Running a small business in 2025 is like being an amateur sculptor in 1505 Florence.
With the difference that in Florence, you wouldn't have a real-time data feed on what Michelangelo was working on.
I have yet to get pissed off with someone
who doesn't hide their agenda,
openly pitches me,
& is clear & concise.
I LIKE a good pitch.
What I resent are the synergy types, the value-providers, the explore mutual benefit zombies.
And most buyers think along these lines.
The amount of "family emergencies" you get into is inversely correlated to your success.
"How can you say that? An emergency is an emergency! No one chooses that!"
Some people just attract conflict, emergencies, drama.
To a large degree, it's a choice.
A family member once traveled for 2 hours (one way) across the state because...
and I SWEAR this is true
...because someone's chicken had something in its eye.
I'm not kidding.
A chicken got some wire stuck in its eye, and the owner didn't know what to do.
And because my family member is such an animal lover, she gave up on most of her plans for that day.
I'm sure that if she were one of them wantrepreneurs, she'd have described it as an "emergency" she had to attend to, which is why she didn't have time to work on her webinar.
The remedy is simple:
--> Be more selfish (include your spouse & kids in the selfishness - you're doing it for them, after all)
--> Withdraw from the world
--> Avoid conflicts, debates, drama
--> Accept you cannot solve everyone's problems
--> Don't have opinions on others and their issues.
--> Focus on the biggest bottleneck in your business and give it 2-4 hours every day.
Every father who wants to build a dynasty that outgrows you one day please follow my new Twitter mancrush @Dynastus
One day all I've built will belong to my kids.
And that day will come sooner than it does for most.
We're raising our kids to be part of a dynasty.
Instead of kicking them out at 18, I'm inviting them in at a much younger age to genuinely contribute to the family.
There will come a time when they must go out on their own - it is mandatory to learn skills, make connections, and generate new wealth.
But they will come back, and as a family we'll build so much more than we ever could as isolated individuals.
In the meantime I'm building the dynastic infrastructure, and foundational assets to make sure their future is secured.
We have plenty of land we are turning into our family compound.
They will be able to put their starter places here and NEVER have to rent or take an excessive mortgage.
With what we're putting in place, they'll rarely have to buy food either.
There will be a family treasury to draw upon to help them get their start and later contribute back to. It will include assets that most men don't consider.
They will always know they are part of something bigger, siblings are encouraged to work together and ultimate build things that most isolated people fear to.
People may fall, but a united family is UNSTOPPABLE.
A family's strength comes from unity!
Remember - your kids are your HEIRS!
So focus on building a strong family culture, keep your kids close, and build your dynasty!
