Yet another lawyer referred to the Florida Bar after submitting briefs with AI-hallucinated citations, quoting "language from opinions that does not appear in the opinions 10 times."
Lawyer explained he hired a contract paralegal to write the brief and didn't review the cites before filing.

Temu has officially turned off ALL Google Shopping campaigns.
They went from being a top 5 iOS app to now being ranked 64. What a brutal blow.
This is obviously a big thanks to tariffs and the end of the Section 321 loophole. Temu is no more.

There is a trap in a service business that can lead you to believe that the key to success is to under promise and overdeliver.
But the reality is that doesn't work...
Because the under promise was never what the client wanted.
To actually win at this game you have to set a really high standard and over deliver on that high standard.
