The @RaysBaseball organization continues to serve notice as one of the best run, most competitive franchises in the sport. Don’t dismiss the best record in the league and winning the AL East by 4.5 games. Their day will arrive. If we have learned anything over the last quarter century, there are no curses in baseball. Their momentum is real and future bright.
Everyday I’m reminded that I live where you vacation.
Arguing that vacation cities are “bad sports towns" makes zero sense to me.
Places like Tampa Bay, Las Vegas, and Miami will almost always have heavy away fan presence because people build entire vacations around seeing their team play there.
Combine that with transplants having endless weekend options, and the dynamic is completely different than other colder, smaller markets. It’s not a knock, just reality.
Appreciate it!!! What a night
Hey @mcwhiteDJ “I won’t back down” in the 8th was incredible. Please keep it up. Literal tears in my eyes 🥹

Appreciate you homie!!! It's a dream come true. Thanks for holding it down in 2020!
Excited for my guy @mcwhiteDJ to finally get his chance to work a World Series tonight!
In 2020, I had the honor of trying to emulate him as part of the Rangers crew working the neutral site World Series at Globe Life Field.
We are resilient. We are Tampa Bay. Let’s win tonight and flip the script. #ForTampaBay
Rays CEO Ken Babby found this battered baseball in the upper deck on his first visit to the damaged Trop, and keeps it in his office.
"To me, it was sort of episodic of the entire adventure. This baseball survived two hurricanes. The first time I was in the building, it was hard to imagine that baseball would've ever been played there again."

One Night a few of us decided to watch a ALCS up in the Control Room then did our light shows, horn and then this came out of it. Couldn't be happier by this! RaysUp!
Thank you for coming out to @tropicanafield for game 1, Tampa Bay - we'll see you again tonight!
