Great start to #APHRS2026 at our Revolt Education Workshop!
Thanks to our faculty for leading this session and sharing how they’re using our full PFA suite and integrated solutions to support their arrhythmia workflows.

Great kickoff with “Unknown EGMs” pre-symposium @APHRSOfficial in Korea. Preserving the art of intracardiac interpretation through Socratic method is not only fun but critical for the advancements in mechanism- most importantly, making the right diagnosis for patients.
It is an honor to share the stage with past President @HuiNam_Pak & legend @JonKalmanEP. @MDT_Cardiac Academy

Replying to @peterkistler3
We're doing this increasingly more frequently but in many patients, instead of creating a complete intercaval line, we just ablate the lower third of the crista (following the pattern of the fractionation and low-voltage distribution), with arrhythmia termination and non-inducibility in many patients, while sparing the sinus node and inter atrial synchrony. We have done this with both Farapulse and Varipulse as well. – at Richmond Hill, Ontario

NICM ;non dilated with peri-aortic substrate; more epicardially! very frequent ICD shocks! No ATP response; at least 6 morph. VT’s ( fast) Endo approach targeted Epi substrate! 40 wts/HNS / cluster burns! Termination & finally non inducibility! #Epeeps

Should intermediate-risk #AFib patients get a DOAC? 💊
In the late-breaking SINGLE-AF trial presented at #ESC2026, DOACs cut the primary composite endpoint by 69% vs. no DOAC. @melchami99 and @jeongboyeong6 break down the findings.

Happy to share our case of a non-PV trigger! 🔥
A small discrete pre-potential-like EGM was identified at AF initiation!
Thanks to the reviewers for encouraging us to discuss the possible mechanisms of AF initiation in greater depth! ✨

👀Here’s an example of why you NEVER want to use a hydrophilic wire through a needle.
⚠️High risk of sheering off the hydrophilic coating in the vessel/tissue
🔗fixed core/nitinol based wire should mainly be used for access. In micropuncture I prefer the 0.018 Nitex
