I spend much of my day explaining to families why their child should have never been tested for allergies to foods they were eating regularly without problems and why the results are meaningless. This is 100% preventable & those ordering unnecessary tests are 100% accountable.

Anyone with egg allergy, regardless of severity, CAN safely receive the #flushot There is no reason to ask about egg allergy prior to administration & no special precautions are needed This guidance changed 10 years ago Great info from @kfatweets kidswithfoodallergies.org/up…

“Bertozzi says the freedom to pursue an unlikely observation made the glycoRNA discovery possible. ‘That’s what HHMI provided,’ she said. ‘If I were a junior scientist who stumbled into this and put out an NIH grant, we’d get laughed out of the study section.’” #glycotime #Nobel

Historic Fenway Park is right around the corner from Boston University. And tonight, I walked over and threw out the first pitch at the Boston Red Sox game. Never thought I’d do this. This thing we call life is something. ✌🏾 🎥 @RedSox

The most important thing about this amazing Paris transformation is how fast it happened — how fast people on bikes “appeared” — once streets were transformed. You can’t write this off as “Paris was always this way,” because it wasn’t. It took leadership.
