On Oct 23, 2026, the TN Star wrote a new article stating Judge I’Ashea Myles would hold a hearing on Nov 12, 2026. It is unknown if the Oct 28th court hearing will occur, or if it has been rescheduled for Nov 12, 2026. None of it really matters because the Covenant “manifesto-open records case” is a total sham and Judge I’Ashea Myles denied my Covenant-Police child sex abuse cover-up intervene motion and did not grant me “equal standing” with other Covenant School parents which denied me the “equal opportunity” to call witnesses to the stand to answer significant questions under sworn oath. Tragically, Covenant church-school authorities and Nashville govt authorities are simply incapable of telling the truth about everything being covered up at Covenant. Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell, Nashville Police Chief John Drake, Nashville DA Glenn Funk, Nashville Metro Govt, Nashville Judge I’Ashea Myles, Covenant church-school authorities, and many others are involved in one of the biggest fraudulent fundraising-child sex abuse cover-up cases in the history of Nashville.
