It is absolutely cruel that my baby is not even 3 months old and I have to go back to work. To help other moms have babies 😭😭

6 days until due date, 8 days until induction. And only 2.5 more shifts at work 🙌🙌🙌

Would be nice if hospitals had childcare centers. I could definitely pick up more hours if I had someone to watch C. Even with 5 babysitters on call - NONE are available! 😠 Also don't get me started on daycare hours...not sure how that's ever going to work with 2 working nurses.

Sometimes a day off from work looks like: 4 loads of laundry, meal prepping, & working out. But now baby and hubby are napping, so mama has some time to light a candle, make some tea, and read 😍
