What happened to Sarah Everard has hit home hard for so many women because we make the calculations she did every day too. We take the longer, better-lit route, push the fear aside for the voice that says ‘don't be daft, you've every right to walk home alone at night and be safe’

Sport has the influence & reach to help address MH stigma, but the highlight for me has also been seeing so many sportspeople talk about their own MH issues across cricket, football, rugby, horse racing, athletics. Worth approaching your local/national teams/players unions – at Chestfield, England
Great short film showing the impact of our excellent partnership with @EFL. Looking forward to the new season starting.
Heather just delivered some to my parents. Thank you so much - they were a very welcome delicious treat! Can’t wait until Tavistock Memory Cafe is able to run again!
So sad we had to postpone #InternationalBuskingDay this year, but we’re all in this strange Covid struck world together. See you in 2021 for lots more live music.
