I wanted to start this journey with a song that is at the heart of my forthcoming album.

Just curious @615jayson, which bear has your vote? #FatBearWeek
Two of the most dominant bears in the river face off as first-time finalists in the #FatBearWeek finale!
128 Grazer is large & in charge, but is she beatable in the bracket? Can 32 Chunk's pudginess propel him to the prize?

Been digging @chillijesson quite a bit ever since catching him play with Fontaines DC supporting Arctic Monkeys. He’s got a new single out today called Icarus —> spotify.link/dG3VDMsQCDb
A thread of some stuff I’ve been jamming to this week!
Starting with this epic Frank Sinatra cover from @vladholiday. Its been out for about a month but I can’t get enough of it.

Also been loving the sophomore album from @BristonMaroney, Ultrapure! If you haven’t already bought tickets to Paradise Fest at @BBowlNashville get em before they’re gone!

And of course (and expected) I’ve had the debut record from @stephencsanchez, Angel Face, on repeat. This one might be the reason I finally get a decent record player.

Last spring @stephencsanchez came by the @Lightning100 studio and told us he writes songs for people to cry to in their cars. His latest, "Be More" is no exception, and it's my #L100DJPick this week! Tune in all the day to hear it and cry along with me. lightning100.com/localmusic/…

My #L100DJPick this week is one from @thedrumsforever. It's called "Obvious" and I hope y'all dig it as much as I do, find out by listening throughout the day on @Lightning100!
