Pay with your face, settle with stablecoins. NEC is exploring this concept on Avalanche.
The Japanese technology giant is researching a system that combines biometric identity verification with stablecoin payments on Avalanche.
The goal is to let users verify their identity and approve a transaction in a single step, making blockchain payments more seamless.
Avalanche already supports secp256r1 signatures, allowing applications to integrate authentication methods similar to Face ID and Touch ID directly into blockchain transactions.
