Last post on the Bulgarian elections, and I’m done with that topic.
The voter turnout was 29%.
People aged 18-30 and 31-60’voted mostly for the pro-European candidate. The problem? 90% of the first group and almost 80% of the second DID NOT VOTE AT ALL. It’s bad enough that those groups are numerically smaller (birth rates collapsed during communism and after the 90s). But the majority don’t vote at all.
The vote was carried by 60+ who overwhelmingly voted for Yotova. 🤷♀️
That’s what happens to a highly demoralized society, where politics is portrayed as dirty affairs.

Politico: NATO allies are bracing for a worst-case scenario after Tuesday’s midterms. They fear that a Republican loss could prompt Trump to ramp up his attacks on NATO and pull thousands more U.S. troops out of Europe.

The hackers increased the temperature up to 50C. Food worth millions of euros has been spoiled.

There has been a disturbing series of incidents at the Demilitarized Zone this year. Worse, South Korea’s government does not seem particularly interested in looking into the suspicious events.
🚨 BREAKING: A South Korean Army staff sergeant in his early 20s was found dead this morning at a frontline outpost in Cheorwon, near the DMZ.
He was found unconscious with a head wound around 7:15 AM local time.
Korean media report a rifle and a shell casing were recovered at the scene. The cause is under investigation.

BREAKING: 🇸🇪 Swedish grocery giant ICA, one of Sweden's largest supermarket chains, says several of its stores have been hit by a cyberattack overnight, causing refrigerators and freezers to be remotely set to 50°C.
The incident has likely resulted in large quantities of food spoiling. Multiple stores, including ICA Kvantum in Sjöbo and Tomelilla, have reported being affected.
ICA says stores will remain closed during the morning and are expected to reopen at 9:00 a.m. Swedish time.
The company has apologized to customers and says it is working to restore normal operations.
The incident comes amid a wave of cyberattacks targeting businesses recent weeks, following similar incidents reported in France and the United States.

👼🏻23 days old. They didn’t even have time to register her. A Russian shell killed her together with her parents and brother.
Sofia Konyshcheva was 23 days old.
She was born on July 22, 2023, in the village of Shyroka Balka in the Kherson region. Her parents didn’t even have time to officially register her.
On August 13, the Russians opened fire. The family ran to a neighbor’s basement — they didn’t make it. The shell exploded right in the yard.
Sofia, her mother Olesya, her father Dmytro, and her 11-year-old brother Artem were killed. The boy kept calling for his mother for several more hours.
Eternal memory.

Klasyczne FAFO dla Rosjan. Strącili zestawem Buk w 2014 roku cywilny samolot rejsowy MH17 zabijając 298 osób w tym 193 Holendrów. Oczywiście po tym nastąpiła całkowita buta i chamstwo wobec Holendrów ze strony Rosjan.
Efekt?
Holandia nie tylko dostarczyła dość dużo uzbrojenia dla SZU - na czele z częścią F-16 i uzbrojeniem do nich ale też jest głównym producentem pocisków „Ruta Block 1”. Holendrzy produkują silniki, kadłuby, awionikę. Produkcja doszła do 300 miesięcznie zaś podstawowe parametry pocisku to zasięg do 300km zaś głowica o masie 150kg. Naprowadzanie jest via tercom zatem całkowicie niewrażliwe na zagłuszanie odbiorników satelitarnych.
A opracowaniu jest Block 2 o zasięgu 700km i Block 3 o zasięgu 2000km. Ten ostatni pocisk byłby już ciekawą propozycją dla Polski.
Zapewne gdyby nie zamordowanie przez Rosjan 193 Holendrów w 2014 roku aż takiej skali pomocy dla SZU by nie było ze strony Niderlandów. Gdyby nie całkowite chamstwo rosyjskiej "dyplomacji" oraz groźby pod adresem Holendrów też nie.

The European company Destinus has ramped up serial production of its "Ruta Block 1" cruise missile. According to the company, 1,750 units have been completed, with a monthly production rate approaching 300 units (as of late October 2026).
📍 Production: Primarily in the Netherlands (including proprietary T150 engines, airframes, and avionics). An expansion in collaboration with Rheinmetall in Unterlüß (Germany) is planned.
🇺🇦 Ukraine: Confirmed—the missiles are being supplied and are currently in service. President Zelenskyy confirmed their use in combat operations in 2025 (with ranges exceeding 250 km). The Netherlands is funding approximately 700 units. Debris has been reported in Russia.
🚀 Block 1 Specifications: Range >300 km, payload ~150 kg. Features low-altitude flight, terrain-following capabilities, and operates independently of GNSS.
Future variants: Block 2 (>700 km) and a planned Block 3 (up to 2,000 km).
European-scale production, free from Chinese components—with a monthly output now exceeding what Europe produced annually prior to 2022.
