NEW: The Registrar in Shasta County, CA disputes LA County's Claim that it can not temporarily segregate mail-in ballots to determine citizenship.
Clinton Curtis, the Shasta County Registar, also a licensed attorney in New York, writes under penalty of perjury:
"Electronic information management systems that are used for voting in California can flag the ballots of likely noncitizens identified by the United States, and the sorting machines can segregate those electronically flagged ballots while determining citizenship under state and federal law. Manual procedures also exist to segregate ballots cast by individuals believed to be noncitizens."

Remember the California Democrat who tried to force the COVID shot on adults just to keep their jobs and on kids just to go to school?
That’s Richard Pan.
In 2022 he was a principal coauthor of AB 1993, the workplace mandate that would have made businesses require the COVID shot for employees and contractors.
Also in 2022. He authored SB 871 to mandate the COVID shot for schoolkids and wipe out personal-belief exemptions for shots added to the school schedule through the Governor/ CDPH.
Even other California Democrats wouldn’t go that far. Both COVID bills got shelved.
He’s also the one behind SB 277 (2015) and SB 276 (2019), the laws that removed all functional vaccine exemptions for kids to attend school (except kids on IEP's).
Now he’s running for Congress in CA-6 (Sacramento/Citrus Heights) against Independent Kevin Kiley.
Pan is still trying to bring that same zealotry to DC even after the catastrophe of the lockdowns, the mandates, all the damage & injury, and Fauci pleading the Fifth.
Californians deserve to know the record. Spread the word.
